The Mark Twain Boyhood Home and Museum partnered with the Hannibal Arts Council to develop a community arts project. Local artists received a 3 x 6-foot section of wooden fence on which they could interpret fences. Artist Stephen Schisler leaves the museum with his fence "canvas."
